How do i order on Perfect Population?
To make purchases on the site, simply add the desired items to your cart and navigate to checkout when you're ready to complete your purchase. we suggest you create an account under Client Membership Sign Up to access dedicated services, experience faster checkout and easily manage past and existing orders.
Members can find all information related to their orders in the my account area.
After placing your order, we will send a confirmation email. if it has been more than 24 hours and you have not received an email, please contact us.
once an order has been confirmed, it is typically not possible to modify the details or cancel. please contact our customer care team for assistance in these cases.
As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you another email with the tracking number.

Can I insert a video in my FAQ?
Yes! Users can add video from YouTube or Vimeo with ease:
Enter App Settings
Click the "Manage Questions" button
Click on the question you would like to attach a video to
When editing your answer, click on the video icon and then paste the YouTube or Vimeo video URL
That's it! A thumbnail of your video will appear in answer text box
How do I edit or remove the "FAQ title"?
The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.
